Booking Policy for Sessions with The Omaha Shaman Thank you for choosing to book a session with The Omaha Shaman. To ensure a smooth and secure process for everyone, please review and adhere to the following booking policy: All appointments must be booked through the official booking platform. Direct messages or informal booking requests will not be honored. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Once your booking is completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your session details. Within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a follow-up email requesting a quick response to validate your booking. Failure to respond to this email within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your appointment. For security purposes, all bookings are subject to an additional spam verification step. If any unusual activity is detected, the session will be flagged for review. In such cases, you may be contacted for further validation. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at the discretion of The Omaha Shaman. No-shows will forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests within the 48-hour window will incur a rescheduling fee. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate at the time of booking. Be prepared to connect via the agreed platform at your scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals. All sessions are private and confidential. The Omaha Shaman is committed to maintaining your privacy and providing a safe, respectful space.
